As a start up company representing large national clients, we have the opportunity to develop individuals who are career focussed, and looking for personal and professional growth to be trained into a sales trainer, team leader position.
This highly autonomous role will require a self-starter with the passion and desire to develop their career while achieving sales targets, acquiring new customer and maintaining customer relationships.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, key responsibilities include:Achievement of sales targets and meeting KPIsSales and Marketing Strategies through various face-to-face interactions in the B2B, Event and Residential Sales MarketsCustomer Service and PromotionsDaily tracking of presentations and sales
Who Were Looking For
Background in sales, hospitality, retail and customer service is highly preferred but not essentials as for the right applicant, we will provide on the training, mentorship and personalised coaching.
You will need:Preferably a minimum of 1 years' experience in sales or customer service.Proactive, self-motivated and able to function well under pressure.Good organisational skills and effective time management.
