- Creating and maintaining product lines and stock orders.
- Assisting range development.
- Managing the shipping schedule and associated administration.
- Assist with Critical Path management.
- Range Plan and Purchase Order maintenance.
- Liaising with Product Manager to manage samples.
- Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules.
- Managing samples for online, marketing shoots, and VM handover.
- Support Product Manager with competitor and market trend analysis.
- Daily reporting and sales analysis to support the team.
- Providing a key link between department and supplier.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience as a Supply Coordinator or in an administration role within a buying/product team is essential.
- Adobe Illustrator skills would be advantageous.
- Confident in reading and understanding budgets and margin calculations.
- Confident working with Microsoft products, including excel.
- Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fast paced and exciting environment.
