The opportunity
This newly created twelve-month role is a Senior Business Analyst working within the Infrastructure Services Division functions to perform detailed analysis against a portfolio of customer and/or internal projects. The position will work closely and collaborate with other functions to provide inputs into assessment and management of risks, compliance, and controls. The position will also work closely with stakeholders within the business and/or operational divisions to assist with the production of requirements, system, and process documentation.
Day to day you'll be expected to:Ensure relevant requirements, data and/or processes are gathered, analysed, and validated.Develop detailed requirements and processes that provide business context input into the relevant customer and internal projects.Work with the various stakeholders to understand and document required outcomes.Work with the various internal operational functions to understand their issues and assist with solution/s definition.Conduct interviews and run workshops with key internal and external stakeholders.Ensure all transitional requirements are captured, defined, and documented.Review projects, actions, and initiative scopes to ensure that defined requirements are coveredDefine and maintain organisational process requirement registers and utilise this as a single source to report on progress and status to various stakeholders (as required)Design and implement processes preferably using Lean approaches.Review projects, actions and initiative scopes to ensure that defined requirements are covered.
