About the role
CAC is currently looking for an experienced National Business Development Manager to join our team in our Melbourne CBD campus. The focus of this position is to recruit international students from Southeast Asian, Greater China & South American markets and be excited about the growth and help shape the future of our business. Working with extremely supportive management team, great team members from all around the globe and a challenging and dynamic environment will ensure you grow and help our business grow as well.
Role and responsibilitiesRecruit international students directly or indirectly from the targeted
countries by liaising with onshore and offshore education agents. Establish and maintain relationships with local and international education
agents this includes agent visits, email, and phone and zoom meeting
correspondence, monitoring agent performance and negotiating with future
enrolment performance Being a key contact point with agents and potential students to support CAC business objectivesProvide ongoing service, support, and training to CACs existing agent
network.Implementation of marketing strategies, provide regular guidance for
advertising campaigns to social media team, and marketing events to promote CAC.
Essential requirements for the role: At least two-year experience in sales/business development/marketing for
education institutes providing VET and/or ELICOS coursesExperience in liaising and working with education agentsBe familiar with RTO and CRICOS regulatory requirements and Student
Management SystemExceptional customer service and communication skillsAbility to work under pressureStrategic thinking and planningAmbitious, Passionate, Highly Committed & Self-Motivated.Proficient in Microsoft SuiteRole must open to travel to interstate and international
