Your New Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will be reporting to an innovative and eccentric CEO who is known within the business for their nurturing and supportive management style. You will be working alongside 30 Sales and Marketing Specialists who are passionate about Health and Wellness and strive to promote a collaborative and social work culture. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the CEOs complex calendar
- Organising travel and accommodation bookings
- Processing expenses in behalf of the CEO and team
- Coordinating fun team and company social events
- General administration duties as require
