Job Description
They are now looking for a Superstar CX Designer to drive the for mapping and designing customer and employee experiences and solving challenges for a wide range of services across the customer life-cycle that touch nearly every part of the organisation
On a day to day basis you'll be involved in:
- Designing service journeys and service blueprints, mapping the end-to-end customer experience along with the processes and systems that support it.
- Uncovering and defining opportunities and solutions that provide value to both the customer and business.
- Representing the voice of the customer and influencing the business in developing their understanding of our customers, people and stakeholders.
- Planning and executing research with live customers and internal teams using design research techniques to uncover needs, pain points and opportunities.
- Generating, testing and iterating ideas on future customer experience.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you'll have a mix of the following skills
- Strong Portfolio showcasing your service Design and CX Capabilities in an end to end capacity
- Up today design research and testing tools to utilise in your every day life as a designer
- Have a passion for design and understand the link that UX UI and CX has in our every day lives
- You are a creative problem solver and instinctively want to visualise your thoughts
- You are curious and enjoy talking to customers first-hand understand their underlying motivations and needs
- Experience planning, leading and synthesising research by demonstrating the ability to empathise with a wide variety of user groups and stakeholders.
