Our Organisation:
Directions is a progressive non-profit organisation offering a range of health interventions, services and programs aimed at maximising the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities affected by Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) related harm.
The Position: ACT SCHCADS Level 3/4
This permanent, full-time position has become available. The role primarily provides in-house ICT support and reporting.
Key Accountabilities:Work with Director ICT and management to identify and respond to the information needs of the organisationProvide in-house ICT and supportMaintain our Information Systems and Directions WebsitePerform reporting using Microsoft Excel. This includes extracting data from different sources and manipulating the data for stats generation.

Candidate Requirements:Qualification in Information Technology or a related field is desirableExperience in ICT support and Information ManagementIntermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.Exposure to Networking, Office365, Virtual MachinesExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsProblem solving skills with the ability to identify options and possible solutionsDemonstrated accountability and professionalism with a strong work ethic and good organisational skillsAbility to work in a collaborative team environment with emphasis on reliability and flexibility
All appointments will be conditional upon having Working with Vulnerable registration, a satisfactory National Police Check, a full, unrestricted Australian Driving Licence and working rights within Australia.
