Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role is responsible for undertaking the day-to-day HR Coordination functions. Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the human resource information system
- Support the operation side of the business
- Contract preparation
- New starter management
- HR analysis and reporting
- Co-ordination and first point of contact regarding various people issues;
- Ad hoc HR functions as required
- Support the business in recruitment functions
- Support general er/ir queries
To be considered for this role you will have a strong background in Human Resources Administration/ Coordination. You will be highly proficient in Word and Excel and have strong attention to detail. Your time-management skills and ability to manage demands will be critical in this busy fast paced environment. We are looking for a dynamic, flexible and resilient team player and someone who has a strong customer focused approach to stakeholder management.
