Job summary
The Administration team is seeking experienced and highly motivated Administration Officers to join the team. As part of the team you will be responsible for providing efficient and timely reception, clerical and administration services to workforce participants. Experience in a Shared Services building which offers services such as Family Services, Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation, and Acute Mental Health patients is desirable.The Successful applicant will have the flexibility to work a non-restrictive roster that includes, day, afternoon and weekend shifts across all campuses. There are permanent hours available and also an opportunity to join the Casual Bank.
To be Successful in this Role you Enjoy working in a vibrant and busy environment providing quality serviceHave excellent Customer Service skills, both in person and over the telephone.Have had past experience in Health Care SettingComputer literacy with accurate data entry skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in IPM is desirable but not essential
