About the facility
Barwon Health offers Residential Aged Care and Transition Care Services at Alan David Lodge in Grovedale. Winner of two Australian Aged Care Quality Agency Better Practice Awards, we offer focused resident care within our 108-bed facility located just minutes away from the vibrant and picturesque Victorian Coastline. Our staff are encouraged to pursue professional development and are supported by a team of dedicated educators to remain up to date in all aspects of care delivery.
About the role
Do you have a passion for Aged Care and the creativity to develop and present activities to meet the diverse needs of our residents? Do you have the initiative to identify areas of opportunity and implement individual programs?
As the Lifestyle/Activities Officer you will be within a dynamic and challenging unit where teamwork and initiative is paramount. You must have highly developed interpersonal skills as well as sound communication skills both verbal and written. This is an excellent opportunity if you wish to advance your skills while providing positive outcomes for our residents.
