They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the CEO; this true generalist role will give you the opportunity to work closely with the HR Advisor and steer the people function for this business. The role will deliver variety and challenges as you drive the provision of quality HR services and project delivery. Responsibilities and projects will include:
- Partner with the organisation to design and implement a People and Culture Strategy that aligns Human Resources policies, practices and initiatives to organisational strategy.
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to develop recruitment plans and processes to support organisational strategies.
- Identify and remedy any gaps in existing policies and procedures, using a governance and risk lens to ensure organisational wide priorities are being supported.
- Improve engagement and retention of staff by enhancing experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team and line managers to implement the performance management process, including trusted advice on performance improvement plans where relevant.
- Manage and oversee all employment relations matters, managing grievance and misconduct claims, including case management and investigations, and liaise with representative bodies as required.
- Provide leadership and supervise the performance of the People and Culture team by setting clear work objectives, assessing performance, providing feedback, and development and coaching to build capability.
- Oversee the implementation of WH&S policies and procedures.

Your key deliverables will be to encourage and further develop a culture which promotes high performance. Your experience and resilience will provide you with the skills to manage up and provide insightful HR support to the commercial leadership group. You will be comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy whilst supporting HR peers to ensure consistency. A proven high achiever, you will possess a high level of commercial acumen and a credible delivery style.
