Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will ensure timely and professional execution of all customer service duties in Sunshine in MelbourneAnswer phones and deal with all customer enquiries with a customer service attitude and approach that provides a full-service response where possibleProcess customer orders over the phone, in person, face to face and over faxFollow current credit procedures to process creditsAssist and resolve customer enquiries regarding deliveries and logisticsLiaison with warehouse, freight carriers, express couriers, etcUp-sell on products to customers when possible
ABOUT YOU:
2 years in Customer Service preferably in an inbound call centre environmentExcellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to meet deadlines and manage time efficientlyTeam player with mastery over the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
