An exciting opportunity has become available to join this leading environmental services brand as their HR Business Analyst.
As a member of the HR Projects Team, you will support the Projects Delivery Manager by liaising with key stakeholders to identify internal business systems and address areas for improvement. You will hit the ground running with interpreting and analysing critical business data (EAs) and advise on best practice financial modelling.
This is a permanent full time position with a flexible working arrangement.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the business analysis deliverables according to project timeline
- Manage collaboration and engagement with key HR stakeholders
- Analysing, interpreting, and presenting data for decision making on EAs and payroll related data
- Actively promote a positive and consultative HR style to the broader business
Key Requirements
- 3+ years working experience as a HR Business Analyst or similar
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building experience
- Understanding of HR Systems SAP and Kronos
