Our client, Access Mercantile based in Melbourne are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join their Work From Home customer service team! As a result of business growth they are looking for candidates that will demonstrate a strong customer service focus that will be confident, proactive & professional in communicating with customers dealing with financial hardships or change in circumstance.About the role:
Managing inbound and outbound calls utilising communication, empathy and negotiation skillsAssist with resolving disputes, claims and paymentsKeeping accurate records of customer interactions and investigationsWorking towards business KPIs The successful candidate will demonstrate:
