We are a national therapy services provider. Every day and in many ways, we are here to help NDIS participants children, adolescents and adults (0-65 yrs) get more out of life today! We are currently looking for an experienced Occupational Therapists to step into a multi-disciplinary Team Leader position.
As a rapidly growing company, we are continuing to add more clinicians to our multi-disciplinary team providing supports to NDIS participants living in Tamworth and surrounding areas. In this role you will be putting your exceptional clinical skills to good use as you Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely mannerAssessing participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessmentsInterpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participantProviding therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of lifeProviding support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilitiesRecommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and to promote independenceMaintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
We are seeking a person who has:Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational TherapistExcellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseloadGenuine passion for working in the Disability sectorExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsPro-active attitude with the ability to work autonomously Looking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environment
