Job summary
Rare opportunity for an experienced cruise consultant to join one of the world's leading cruise lines in their Sydney office.Providing full travel service to existing and new clients, you will be exposed to an international platform where you will grow and assist in the company's evolution within the travel industry.
Travel agents with retail or wholesale travel experience are also encouraged to apply.
Job Description:Booking cruises, flights, hotels, transfers and other itemsSourcing airfares with competitive carriers through the GDS (Amadeus)Following up on quotes and potential bookingsDaily maintenance of personal and Reservations inboxesAssisting the Marketing department with exposMeeting KPIs on a periodic basis
Experience Required:2 years experience in travel consulting, preferably with exposure to cruisingExperience with travel booking systems - Amadeus preferredKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesExcellent communication skills - verbal and writtenMust be confident working alone and as part of a team
The Package:
Full Time & Permanent Role - Mon-Fri 8:30am - 6pm on a rotating roster
$55-60k depending on experience + super + famils
Flexible work arrangements to start, eventually moving to full-time in the office
