THE OPPORTUNITIES:
1. Shift Supervisor:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient daily shift operations of the Chocolate Café. Key tasks include:Ensures all staff are well briefed on their responsibilities and are given constant supervision and motivation on all aspects of their workProvides feedback to Chocolate Café Manager on team performanceProvide ongoing training and development to all team members in the areas of operating standards, customer service and product knowledgeDemonstrates the ability to lead and effectively communicate with their teamBuild morale and team spirit by fostering a work environment where team member input is encouraged and valued

2. Café Team Members
As a Chocolate Café Team Members, you will be involved and trained in the effective execution of daily operations. The key tasks will include:Providing excellent guest serviceRecreating and delivering our delicious drinks and dessertsWorking well as part of a passionate teamCreating Max Brenner only experiencesCommunicating effectively with your fellow team members
