Working in the field, you will service and support our high end communication systems, including Nurse Call Systems, Patient Entertainment Systems and Resident Engagement Systems amongst other cutting edge solutions. Our focus: always exceptional client outcomes.
Some key responsibilities:Visit client sites to attend to: preventative service and maintenance per contract; and reactive service calls Perform fault finding and repairs as required Take responsibility for service outcomes which will result in high customer satisfactionComplete detailed service reports for works undertakenLiaise with clients and providing a high level of support and communicationServe on the on-call rosterAssist with project installations / delivery as needed
About You
You enjoy solving problems and thrive on finding creative solutions to difficult challenges. You are a stickler for detail, and believe that anything worth doing, is worth doing right. Your passion is technology. You can think on your feet and you like learning new things.
You bring: Current Australian Drivers LicenceCertificate IV Electronics & Communication or equivalent and an interest in working with low voltage circuitry or systemsPrevious service experience within the Electronics/Communications fieldsStrong customer service skills and an ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levelsFault finding and troubleshooting experienceStrong interpersonal and communications skillsAbility to work independently on challenging assignmentsStrong knowledge of common software packages such as Microsoft Office & Email applicationsExperience in IP networking and solid understanding of data networksWillingness to travel around regional NSW, servicing our customer base in these areasAbility to work in differing environments, ranging from Clinical Environments to Construction Sites
Previous experience with IPTV, Messaging and Integrated solutions will be highly regarded.
