Recruitment Process

Step 1: Apply online by sending your cover letter, resume, school results

Step 2: If deemed successful, you will be invited to complete a game-based assessment (technical, safety, personality)

Step 3: Successful applicants will be invited to attend the local site for an interview, participate in group activities and other tasks.

Step 4: Shortlisted applicants will then be required to conduct a medical assessment, drug and alcohol screen, functional assessment, compliance checks and reference checks.

Step 5: You will receive a conditional offer prior to proceeding to the onboarding stage.

Step 6: Congratulations! Your Technical Capability Manager will prepare you for the commencement of your apprenticeship in 2023.
