The company is a well establisted and respected Construction (contracting) and Professional services to the Civil and Commercial Engineering industry.
Due to being successful with winning a project with the New Bridgewater Bridge Project, we are now looking for Qualified Boilermakers/ Welders, to continue the success that has been achieved.
About the opportunity
This role will see you constructing 27-30 tonne cages with 3 layers of rio for the precast side. Ideally, you will also have experience with vertical welding, however training will be provided for successful candidates.
This work will be for a minium of 12 months, and you will have the opportunity to earn above award hourly rates and overtime will also be on offer.
About you
This role is ideal for experienced and qualified Boilermaker/ Welder, who has demonstrated experience in a similar role and takes pride in producing a consistently high standard of work.
Ideally you would have vertical up reinforcement welding but happy to train and upskill the right candidate with a motivated and positive attitude.
To be considered for the role you must;
- Have a positive and energetic attitude
- Certificate III or IV in Engineering (Fabrication Trade) - Ideal, but not essential
- Have demonstrated Boilermaker/Welder experience
- Have strong attention to detail and time management skills
