About us:

Hire A Hubby Pakenham is an established franchise of over 7 years and we need a full time customer service/administrator to enable us to look after our growing customer base.

Hire a Hubby Pakenham services both residential, real estate and commercial clientele in and around the Pakenham area.

About the Role:

This role would suit an individual that is a self-starter with excellent customer service skills, organised, with attention to detail & who is focused on providing positive outcomes in all areas of the business.

We are looking for a trustworthy individual who will bring a positive, can-do attitude to the position. This role will involve working with a team of motivated individuals and primarily working on your own. It will suit an individual who enjoys helping make a difference to people.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:Client enquiries and communication, communication with workforce.Maintaining CRM program, customer records, documentation and status
reports.Purchase order, supplier & stock management.Job scheduling, management & reporting.Debtor and creditor control including invoicing.Payroll management.Ad-Hoc administrative duties as required.

The ideal candidate will be able work in a small team environment to provide
ongoing support to key business stakeholders.

Requirements: Punctual, reliable & strong work ethic.Well-presented & professional.Microsoft Office Outlook, Word & Excel experience.Organised with exceptional oral & written communications skills.Strong attention to detail & ability to multitask.Friendly & professional phone manner.Efficient & accurate data entry.Customer service focus.Self-motivated individual

Highly Regarded (Not Essential): Previous experience in a trade based industry preferred.Experience with Xero accounting package.Experience with Salesforce.
