Job summary

Mandurah Glass Service is looking for a Planner and Scheduler. You will be based in our local workshop and assist with the management of our work in progress, with the primary focus on planning, co-ordinating and scheduling the onsite bookings for our team of 15 glaziers

We are a busy, locally owned glass and glazing business manufacturing, servicing and installing high quality custom made wardrobe doors, shower screens, splashbacks and windows and doors and our jobs range from small bespoke retail jobs to large commercial projects.

This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure all jobs are completed safely, on time and efficiently. You will review and co-ordinate the daily schedules of our onsite teams, be a point of contact for the technicians as well as liaise with managers and clients in regards to job requirements and progress. The role involves some computer work as well as hands on work such as goods receiving and dispatch and also involves fleet management.

Duties/Accountabilities;Day to day support and scheduling of approx. 15 onsite glaziersReviewing job requirements and ensure scheduled install/delivery date will be met Communicate to all stakeholders on job progress in a timely and professional manner via email/phone and our cloud CRM software.Other administrative duties including timesheet authorisation, purchasing and ensuring job details are acurate before invoicedManage fleet of 15 vehicles for servicing and maintenanceStock management of consumablesAssist with collating job orders and loading of trucks/vehiclesGoods receiving/unloading

Skills and experienceOrganised multi-taskerAbility to effectively communicate with many different types of peopleAttention to detail with problem solving and exceptional time management skillsPositive attitude with strong customer service skillsFit and healthyExperience in scheduling a field based workforce advantageousTruck drivers license advantageous
