FENDI Client Advisors are responsible for:Exceeding sales targets and KPIs as defined by the Store Manager.Engaging in upselling, cross-selling and multiple selling across all product categories.Providing superior customer service with strong product knowledge and relationship management.Developing and strengthening the customer base through CRM activities, events and marketing initiatives.Maintaining outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising in accordance with FENDI guidelines.Ensuring compliance in stock management and security procedures.
ABOUT YOU
Successful candidates should:Have a minimum 1-3 years retail sales experience with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.Be fluent in English with secondary language skills desirable.Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Be adaptable and willing to learn.Be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.Have excellent personal presentation.
