The Role
A Recruitment Consultant opening has recently become available in our Blue Collar Recruitment Team with this position focusing mainly on the recruitment of Truck Drivers. The position is a business critical role that will see you servicing a combination of both internal Toll clients and external clients. This is an opportunity to join a high performing, ambitious and supportive team environment where we all work towards a common goal which is to offer an outstanding and professional recruitment service to our clients and candidates.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring candidates and clients have a positive experience with Toll PeopleCandidate selection against job criteria and using contemporary interviewing techniquesBuilding available talent pools of "on call and available" candidates to satisfy current and future client needsDaily roster management our candidatesManaging your administrative and compliance to high standardsEnsure inputs into our Fasttrack 360 system are accurate, compliant and in accordance with standard operating proceduresDaily interactions with internal and external customersAccount management of your client portfolioGenuine and informative safety discussions with your candidates ensuring that their safety is always front of mind
Skills and ExperienceExtensive experience in recruiting for a broad spectrum of transport and logistics roles, with an emphasis on Truck DriversA high level of client and candidate management skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict compliance standardsQualities in problem solving through diverse circumstancesSound time management skillsA collaborative and strategic approach to continuous improvementA mindset of being safety obsessed
