Job Description
Your role will be to ensure the accurate scheduling of work to meet project and contractual requirements and internal budgets. You will be managing internal and external stakeholder relationships and transfer of information through the Implementation project, and delivering on the transfer of accurate and timely information to Finance for invoicing and billing. You will be required to provide accurate reports and information as required. You will also:
- Develop comprehensive implementation project plans to meet contractual requirements and internal budgets
- Manage the collation of all relevant information to execute the project including working with internal and external stakeholders including PO's and asset specific information
- Coordinating with Logistics on hardware to be dispatched to site in-line with job schedule
- Scheduling technician work scopes including providing purchase orders, job briefs and travel itineraries to the technicians, contractors or dealers
- Continuous communication with clients as projects start, evolve and are completed
- Review and provide regular updates of project including installations and costs
- Oversee and provide the relevant information to Finance for Client specific billing, invoicing and maintenance reporting and Technician invoice payment.
- Oversee work scope costs, seeking approvals and raising purchase orders where required
- Manage escalations of client expectations
- Providing support to the Implementation team as required
