Job Description
As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing full end-to-end on-boarding process, aligning business requirements and the needs of employees, teams, and managers
- Work with leadership teams to implement strategy, policy, and plans to ensure business benefit and continuity, including due diligence, integration, communication, retention, and motivation
- Efficient management of employee relations functions including employment documentation, salary bench-marking and positioning, performance management and staff motivation.
- Developing adequate induction and training
- Professional development (for teams and individuals) and succession planning. Proactively identify people matters and act in a highly confidential manner.

- A minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business
- AHRI certification is highly desirable
- Previous leadership experience in the HR field
- Australian Citizenship is required
- Hold or the ability to maintain a Baseline Clearance is desirable but not necessary
