Established by a team of professional educators, with over 20 years of experience in childrens education.
We are child-centred and focus on each individuals strengths to ensure we offer the highest level of care and education. We work collaboratively with children, families and communities to achieve the best outcomes in a safe and engaging space.
Various positions and qualifications will be considered with the following requirements.Responsibilities:Ensure that the centre is compliant with the regulatory framework.Acting as or assisting the nominated supervisors and responsible persons of the centre.Ensuring statutory child protection requirements are fully complied with.Create a welcoming environment for families and support them to feel a sense of belonging to our community.Have sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF and support the Educators to provide good quality care and educationWork collaboratively with a team of Educators, modelling best practices, creating harmony, productivity and safety for all children.What we offer:Family-friendly work environmentCompetitive salary Daily support and communication with the owners/managementProfessional development opportunitiesDiscount for staff members children enrolled in the service
Essential CriteriaFamiliar with child protection compliance requirements.A valid national police check is mandatory.Experience in communicating with authorities, parents, and the local community.Good communication and interpersonal skills with families from different cultural backgrounds.Knowledge about EYLF, National Law and Regulations.
QualificationsTraineeship/Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or any other equivalent qualificationsValid first aid certificate for education and care settingCurrent Working With Children Check
