Your responsibilities
Develop the NSW sales plan Development of annual sales budgets Implement your sales plan in order to achieve sales targets Develop, secure and maintain key account relationships Market, sales and price analysis (including forecasting) Maintain pricing and margins Manage the performance of the sales team through coaching and training Actively monitor sales representative activity levels, offer advice and support when required Staff appraisal and formulating of training and succession plans Training, monitoring and use of CRM system Your experience & qualifications
Proven leadership and people management skills Demonstrated experience at a similar level in achieving sales targets and able to deliver a business plan and execute it through your team Superior communication and negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills Use of MS-Excel for data analysis and reporting Previous experience within the electrical industry Saunders Lynn and Co are dedicated to servicing the needs of the construction, architecture and building products market.
