Job Description

Business Analyst - Demand / Capacity management in the Operations team
· On a regular basis, reviewing incoming IGA related demand.
· Forecasting System Development and Maintenance.
· Ensure capacity is measured to respond to demand.
· Estimate ETAs in line with defined SLAs and response times.
· Define demand forecast and regular reports.
· Structure demand categories, distribute work, track and follow progress, provide updates to customers.
· Manage and monitor backlogs and priorities.
· Ideal: Identity and Access management experience / understanding.
· Ensure the operating model, capability and change risks are identified and tracked.
· Coordination and facilitation of delivery risk and issues workshops with key stakeholders.
· Monitor and report on the implementation of identified risk recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in Information Technology.
· Previous business analysis roles in application upgrade or migration projects.
· Strong experience in engaging I&OT and applications disciplines to ensure business alignment of solutions.
· Strong experience in the creation of business cases together with ability to present and secure funding.
· Experience in procurement exercises for IT services.
· Ability to capture & develop expertise in business processes.
· Demonstrated understanding of full solution delivery life-cycle, esp. analysis, PM and procurement methods.
· Ability to share new findings and best practices.
· Self-motivated, excellent team player.
