Look no further, our valued client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team based in the heart of Adelaide. This is your chance to work with an organisation that is highly value driven and expert leaders in the health care industry.
This role is both hands on and strategic in nature and includes aspects of recruitment administration including setting up interviews, writing job advertisements and generating employment contracts coupled with strategic sourcing including targeting candidates on LinkedIn and helping to refine and execute the organisation's Employer Branding Strategy.
The Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate and support end to end recruitment activities from job brief, advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination, pre-employment screening and job offers
- Partner with hiring managers to develop a strong understanding of their roles, teams and culture and provide quality recruitment advice, guidance, and recommendations
- Assist hiring managers with interviews as required
- Use sourcing strategies, such as LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search and other forums to effectively build a talent pipeline for key and/or hard to fill roles
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, templates and strategies
- Work effectively with external recruitment agencies and other suppliers as required.
Your focus and strong stakeholder management skills with all levels of the business will be excellent for this role. Experience as an internal recruiter and/or Talent Acquisition professional is the ideal background (Even better if you have worked in NFP or essential services!). Your ability to be creative and give solutions to different recruitment issues will help you to secure this opportunity.
