Technical Support Specialist:

- This role will be a part of our existing team and will be managed by a Team Leader for technical responsibilities.
- There are multiple positions and this is dependent on the successful candidates.
- Technical Support Specialist role will be hands-on with Technology and this role will be more of fixing daily IT issuesDeploying Devices and they will be rotated within projects and will be based at various Local Health Networks depending on priority of the work.
- Successful Role will have to manage their own travels to and fro workhome. Any travels that will be done from Work Site A to Work Site B will be covered by work provided CabCharges or Work fleet car.
Responsibilities include
- Provide technical support for IT applications by investigating, resolving, configuring and documenting problems.
- Support computer and telecommunications systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability and security to all users.
- Provide excellent customer service via the Service Desk or face-to-face
What you will need to succeed
- Min. 3-year experience as Service Desk Officer
- Experience with Windows 10
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with SCCM
- Microsoft 365
- Traditional Server Infrastructure (Windows Server, Dell Hardware).e.g. for config, patching, upgrading drivers, hardware firmware etc.)
