Philips challenges you to use your strong Healthcare Project Manager skills to deliver state-of-the-art healthcare system and top-quality services to our current and prospective clients across NSW within Hospital Patient Monitoring. You will be responsible for multiple exciting projects and have the opportunity to make an impact on the overall delivery of our ANZ Business.
As the Project Manager NSW, you will thrive in this crucial role within the business, where you will have overall responsibility for delivery end-to-end projects, on time, on budget and to the required standards. This will be achieved through your active involvement in all steps of the project including presales, ordering, installation and User Training of Hospital Patient Monitoring and solutions integration across NSW.
Reporting to the National Project Manager, you will be working as part of a highly experienced team with a shared goal of delivering top quality service to customers.
Key Responsibilities includeClosely partnering with Sales and Key Account Manager teamsConducting sites assessments to understand the local situation and customer needs.Perform risk assessments, budget creation and project plans tailored to each customer.Setting and adhering to project milestones, project planning and interfacing with customers and stakeholders throughout all project phasesEnsuring that all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executed.Conducting regular project plan reviews with all relevant stakeholders.Preemptively managing and communicating project risks and issues, so projects remain on deliverable timelines and budgetsReport on pre and post project reviews with a continuous improvement mindset and learnings.Manage transition from project execution to business-as-usual
To succeed in this role, youll need a customer-first attitude and the followingIdeally, you will have a Bachelor degree in either engineering, health care/science, project management, IT or equivalent. Additional certification in Project Manager PMP would be beneficial.You will come with a successful track record of Project Management within Healthcare or Healthcare IT including equipment installation, infrastructure delivery or construction projects.Confident in contract and risk management as well as solid understanding of supply chain process and working with large, cross functional teams.A solutions-focused approach, well-developed business acumen and able to deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive and dynamic way.You will have excellent stakeholder management, an effective communication style, as well as solid negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.Experienced with MS Office Suite including MS Project and MS Visio.Willingness to travel as required.
