- A keen interest in various aspects of Business Operations, including Sales, Marketing, BDM, HR, Administration, Finance, Communication, and strategic change for optimization.
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Role Description:
As the Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to liaise with and coordinate the in-house and external resources utilized by our Franchised Building business in a measured and systematic manner. Your goal is to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of deliverables. Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating human capital from in-house, outsourced, contracted, and third-party sources.
- Overseeing workflow and prioritizing tasks associated with the resources.
- Acting as the liaison between internal and external teams to ensure optimal performance and delivery.
- Ensuring the successful achievement of marketing and sales objectives by the responsible parties.
- Being the primary point of contact for brand Franchisees.
This is a full-time role based at our head office in Orange, NSW, Australia.
