We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Industrial Relations and Employee Relations Specialist to join our team.
THE ROLE:Acts as an ambassador for the Company's value-based behaviors and drives change & transformation programs. Negotiation - end to end coordination and execution of Enterprise Agreement negotiations and lodgment. Stakeholder engagement develop effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organisation. Investigations provide expert industrial relations advice to support and undertake workplace investigations, including disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment. Case management of complex workplace investigations. Performance management support and guide line managers to effectively manage under performance and misconduct. Policy development contribute to the review of organisational development policies and procedures to suit the needs of the business. Legislation and award interpretation provide professional advice on the interpretation of industrial, relevant legislation and Awards, impacting on employee management. Culture and change supporting end to end change initiatives and providing organisational development advice and guidance. Union liaison and stakeholder management. Legislative reporting. Support all Asia Pacific regions.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.Good working knowledge of the FairWork Act and its practical application.Demonstrated experience of at least 3-4 years in undertaking workplace investigations and Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES Proven relationship management with all internal and external stakeholders, as well as excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated knowledge of current employment and industrial relations legislation, and industry awards. The role requires travel across various sites.
