About the role
As the Digital Lifecycle Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of digital touchpoints for Red Cross customers across all lifecycle stages reach, acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty ensuring touchpoints are data-driven, optimised, and effective.
Working closely with fundraising managers and revenue business unit leaders you will be accountable for overseeing the delivery of effective, data-driven digital prospecting and retargeting campaigns, lead generation, nurture tracks and automated customer journeys focused on retention and reactivation.
What you will bring Significant experience in a data-driven, automated marketing leadership role within the not-for-profit sector Proven management experience leading small digital teams through digital transformation and systems integration/migration A strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions architecture, digital marketing tactics, metrics and lifecycle marketing techniques as well as automation and performance marketing A strong understanding of fundraising programs and how to embed digital touchpoints into fundraising journeys and customer journey stages and ability to craft strategy around these stages Demonstrated success in driving growth through performance marketing and customer journey automation, end-to-end marketing campaign experience and a proven track record of results Proven success utilizing data and analytics to measure and derive insights that will help refine and optimise campaigns Excellent relationship building, interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills and ability to bring people along the transformation journey
