ABOUT THE ROLE Do you want to be part of a thriving interdisciplinary team of experienced therapists? Are you motivated to empower your clients and their support teams with food and nutrition skills to reach their potential?
Then this role could be for you.
As an NDIS Dietitian you will be responsible for providing high quality nutrition and dietetic services to NDIS participants. You will provide client-centered, high quality clinical care and practical support to participants, families and carers to help participants achieve their goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Tertiary Qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics Current accreditation with the Dietetic Credentialing Council as Accredited Practicing Dietitian Demonstrated contemporary knowledge, experience and understanding of nutrition therapy for disabilities and chronic conditions, disease and disabilities Knowledge and experience in utilising appropriate assessments and report writing that match the Participants needs Demonstrated effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills necessary for good working relationships and client care. Motivated to network and develop effective working relationships Ability to prioritise work, manage time and meet deadlines Experience in all Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, database navigation and data entry
The successful applicant for this position will be asked to consent to a police check and will be required to hold a current NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
