On a daily basis you will:

- Liaising with IT hiring managers to work out vacancy numbers and role requirements.
- Coordinating interviews and receiving feed-back.
- Prospecting new and existing clients across metro Sydney.
- Processing all probity (background check) requirements including police checks, WWC, references and id verifications.
- Providing regular updates & reports to IT hiring managers, candidates and the wider team.
- Issuing contracts to successful candidates.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

To be succeed in this role you will have:

- Curious - has great listening skills, the ability to ask questions and a growth mindset ie. the ability to continuously learn, grow and improve.
- Have 12 months prior recruitment experience.
- Service oriented - someone who gets a buzz out of delivering amazing results and high levels of service to both stakeholders and fellow team mates.
- Highly engaged - fully absorbed in and enthusiastic about their work and takes positive action that benefits the team
- Organised - someone who enjoys planning and meeting multiple deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
