Job summary
Leyton Property is a boutique property development company delivering bespoke developments across retail, commercial and health sectors across the South Australian PropertyEGM is proud to partner with Leyton Property to recruit an Executive Assistant on a 12 month fix term contract. This position will play an integral role and provide operational and administrative support to a busy executive team.
This position works with a large number of stakeholders and requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer centric focus, a hands-on approach and the ability to provide support in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will vary but predominantly be focused on:
Key responsibilities: Coordination of all aspects of administrative support to three Executives; travel, correspondence and diary/ email management Staying abreast of business activities that impact the Executive team and communicating regularly to ensure objectives are met Preparation and review of complex documents and board reports, which includes financial, customer and industry components
Experience 3 + years experience supporting General Manager , Managing Director or CEO Exceptional organisation and time management with demonstrated ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities Demonstrated ability to research and report on issues showing maturity of judgement and discretion; Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills with the ability to negotiate and influence. Highly developed analytical skills Well organised, proactive, intuitive, discrete, communicative, efficient and flexible aptitude.
To be successful in this role you must have high attention to detail, organisational and time management skills, great initiative and superior problem-solving skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will be self-motivated with strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement, reliable and punctual, resilient, agile and possess a willingness to be a hands-on team member who can work autonomously and contribute to the team.
