WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS MANAGER DANDENONG SOUTHWe are looking for an experienced warehouse manager with a happy, calm disposition and problem solving skills to take over our Warehouse in Dandenong South VIC.
Your success in the role will be driven by:
Experience in full range of warehouse operations, logistics and distributionStrong people leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop staffSolid judgment and strong decision-making skills to independently manage a fast-paced customer centric operationConfidence to work under pressure with a capacity to deal effectively with multiple tasks and competing demands
Your main responsibilities:
Experience of financial and budgetary control related to warehouse operationsWarehouse Operations including receiving and dispatching freight, staging of orders and returns managementManaging WHS according to our policiesInventory ManagementChange Management / Continuous ImprovementCost Control & Personnel Resource management
To be successful you must:Forklift & High Reach license Australian Drivers licenseExcellent written and verbal communication skills with competent computer skills.Personal organisation and time management skills; including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage competing demands, changes in priorities, and meet deadlines.High-level attention to detail and accuracy.The ability to engage with people across a broad spectrum of backgrounds in a professional manner and a willingness to undertake what is required to ensure client satisfaction.
