Job Description
- Coaching leaders to have conversations with impact
- Acting as a first point of contact to people leaders on employee matters
- Providing proactive support for case management of employee ill health/mental health issues, performance management, conduct issues, grievances and investigations
- Working closely with Talent Business Leads to identify talent needs and deliver BU projects & change management initiatives within practice groups and functional teams
- Collaborate with Talent Business Leads and people leaders to identify skills gaps and build
individual and team capability to deliver on the organisation's ambitions
- Delivering the Clerk and Graduate experience including recruitment, induction, development and
events
- In conjunction with the HR team, deliver and execute HR initiatives
Performance, Remuneration Review and Senior Appointments
The Successful Applicant
- HR or relevant degree
- 3 - 5 years experience at Senior Advisor or above
- Strong ER capability
- Tier 1 communication and stakeholder influencing skills
- Experience in a professional services environment
- Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of portfolio
