What will you do?
We are looking to appoint a Sustainability Lead to work in our Sydney Buildings business. Bringing with you your strong client relationships, commercial acumen and knowledge of the local and national market you will be responsible for inspiring a team in the Sydney office, collaborating with our national sustainability leader and working with our clients, colleagues and friends to deliver holistic sustainability outcomes across a range of projects from stadiums, city changing infrastructure, commercial, education and clients who simply want to reduce their impact on the planet.

This business is all about relationships and we would expect you have the experience in the industry to bring with you your client connections and build upon the already burgeoning team in Sydney. Aside from being an inspiring leader you will bring with you experience in winning, delivering and building new projects within the business.
We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world's sustainable development and, it's the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are other key things you will be doing in order to 'bring ideas to life'.
· Lead and continue to build a team of sustainability consultants
· Work with internal and external stake holders to develop awareness of sustainability initiatives, and to develop sustainability programs to improve the culture and sustainability outcomes for clients.
· Build on our key client relationships.
· Collaborate with a global team of sustainability professionals.
· Experience delivering sustainability ratings for the major sustainability rating schemes in Australia and the National Construction Code. Digital modelling skills would certainly also go a long way.
· Passion for sustainability is key, along with some great technical expertise is welcome such as materials impact / life-cycle assessments, climate risk and resilience and energy and carbon modelling, circular economy and really a desire for better places for people and nature.
