Your New Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Order processing via phone and email
- Handle customer queries in relation to products and availability
- Accurate data entry and database management
- Assist with catalogue enquiries
- Manage back order report
Your Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in a similar Customer Service position
- Intermediate MS Office skills and ability to pick up new systems
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
- Be a team player and able to prioritise effectively
- Experience with either Navision or Salesforce is an advantage.
