Your New Role:
Reporting to the Manager, we require a well spoken and dedicated Scheduler to co-ordinate jobs for the NSW business and customers; as well as perform other office admin duties. You will be responsible for:
- Connecting with technicians to plan their daily work schedule and access into properties
- Calling clients to schedule future appointments
- Maintaining a warm relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Operate our internal database for data entry of incoming jobs

About You:
- Previous experience in a similar customer service/ call center position
- An outgoing and friendly personality
