About Our ClientMy client is a Perth founded start-up organisation within the Telecommunications and Gaming industry based in the CBD. This individual will have the opportunity to work within a high-performing team and will work within a team of 8 and will work closely with the CMO and external creative and digital agency partners.
Job Description
- This role will project manage, lead and implement digital marketing strategies across 3 brands
- This role will oversee a team of 2 - 3 direct reports, whilst providing support to the CMO and working closely with the Head of UX and Design.
- Responsible for liaising and building relationships with external digital and creative agencies to ensure that campaigns are to brief, budget and time-line and analysing campaign results provide insights to the agency and optimise performance.
- Assistance with strategic content planning for website, social media and other channels.
- Project manage and work closely with the Head of UX and Design and Developers in the delivery of a new website. This project is at early stages and will feature regularly in this persons role. This website will be developed entirely in-house with talented developers based in WA!
- Manage, meet with and build relationships with ongoing partners, ensuring that all partners are supported in meeting digital marketing objectives and outcomes as per the partnership agreement.
- This role would also be responsible for re-designing their Lead Funnel Management for 2 of the brands and will be responsible for redesigning the communications to conversion to paid subscription.
- Coordination of mapping and automation of customer communications and lead nurturing through the relationship lifestyle.
- This role will oversee a budget that they will be responsible for managing in collaboration with the CMO.
- 50/50 strategic vs. hands on role.
- Support growth of Marketing team, hiring, on boarding, training and coaching of team members.
The Successful Applicant
- This role would suit someone with 5 + years experience in a Digital Marketing role or comes from Senior Digital Marketing Specialist or Coordinator level, looking to take on more leadership responsibility and progress into a team lead role.
- Some leadership experience is desirable, however candidates with minimal leadership experience will still be considered.
- Someone with customer experience mapping, customer life-cycle marketing and/or marketing automation experience would be very valuable and highly regarded for this role.
- Ability to connect with a range of audiences through multimedia, writing, design, and storytelling.
- In-depth understanding of social, search, and digital marketing best practices and industry trends.
- Good time management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- An autonomous self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and manage various projects at once.
- Exposure to the telecommunications or gaming industries - desirable
- Experience working with publicly listed companies or businesses with a subscription model for customers
