What do you need?Attitude a good one. We dont do workplace politics. Our team really do look out for one another. The number one need we want from new employees is a connection to our values and a want to help us continue to build an employment ecosystem that is something we can all continue to be proud of.Drive- You need to have a good work ethic, be energetic, a self-motivator and someone who keeps themselves active within work always rising to occasions with focus and effort. We dont need you to do overtime, in fact we would prefer you dont, but we believe in working smart and building a fair and reasonable work environment that gets results for every employee.Recruitment experience You will need over 2 years successful recruitment experience in an agency or consultancy setting or 6 years + in a proven competitive internal recruitment role with transferable skills. The right to work in AustraliaProactive in decision making and providing of solutions to challenges outside your recruitment dutiesDemonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Suite and ideally, some Recruitment Software experience
