Job summary
Our Town Fencing is currently seeking a Business Trainee to be based in Newcastle, NSW. This is an outstanding development opportunity for a candidate who is driven by success and personal development and loves administration.This role will suit a junior candidate who wants to learn and develop a strong set of administrative skills.
We believe strongly in fostering local talent and employ over 80 staff at our many store locations from Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution & Administration.
Our ideal candidate will have:Previous work history (retail) Positive school reports (including attendance).Access to and good understanding of social media A strong work ethic with a high attention to detailThe ability to work as a part of a team or independentlyGreat written and verbal communication skills;Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Excellent time management skills.Drivers licence
The business trainee will work with all areas of our Admin Team, being HR, Accounts Receivable & Payables and finance. To support and assist these functions all the while learning and growing skills. This role will also work with marketing using social media.
