These services range from community services, therapy, education and care services. Their marketing team of 4 is responsible for the day-to-day marketing operations of the organisation, boosting awareness within the broader community and for those that would benefit from their services. Job Description
This role has wonderful variety, and is an excellent opportunity to boost your skill set in the given fields. There are 3 main responsibilities to the successful candidate will be given ownership, these are:
1) Writing and managing EDM communications
2) Day to day management of social media channels , including proactive content planning and development and reporting on results
3) Manager the dedicated external media agency in coordinating and implementing digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across organic and paid channels.
In addition to this, this role will also require:
- Work closely with the marketing manager to develop digital marketing strategy and activity
- Supporting offline marketing initiatives as required
- Analyse, optimise and report on digital marketing campaign effectiveness
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification (or the equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing effective EDM campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in social media management
- Demonstrated experience in external stakeholder management
- Good analytical skills with experience in analysing digital marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to understand the digital strategy in the broader context of integrated campaigns and organisational strategy.
