Key responsibilities -
- Processing weekly payroll of all employees nationally
- Managing employee payroll enquiries.
- Payroll reporting responsibilities
- Accounts receivable will be required including maintenance of customer ledger, processing of payments and credits, debt collection and credit control
- Award interpretation
- Updating and maintaining employee master files
- Maintaining and controlling Time and Attendance system nationally
- General finance administrative tasks as required.
Ideally you will have:
- 3 years experience with end to end payroll
- Experience with high volume weekly payroll is highly desired
- Accounts receivable experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to pick up systems easily - ERP experience highly desired
