The role itself is a hands-on role, whilst managing and leading both day to day and the Back of House operations. The key aspects overseeing kitchen operations, financial management and team leadership
Create a cohesive kitchen team, whilst focusing primarily on kitchen operationsEnsure rigorous adherence to compliance and safety standards for staff and foodRecruit, induct and continuously train a passionate kitchen team.Manage food, waste, and labour costs in relation to revenue.The ability to effectively run a kitchen simultaneously with KPIs, and food cost management.Maintain high levels of communication between FOH operations and the kitchen team.
