Job summary
The Senior Property Asset Manager will work directly with the Development Director and Property Asset Manager to direct and coordinate all activities of the properties within the portfolio to ensure the company and its partner's financial and business objectives are achieved.Client Details
Our client is a leading Property Group who specialise in Commercial Development, Construction and Property Management.
DescriptionEstablish & maintain relationships with tenants and external real estate partners.Manage agent enquiry for all commercial leasing, divestment & project leasing opportunities.Ensure property vacancies are minimized via accurate lease management, working closely with external real estate agencies to ensure rental income is optimized to current market rates.Assist the Development Director to produce the annual asset management plan for individual properties within the portfolio for inclusion in the annual business plan.Manage implementation & delivery of the annual asset plan for all assets within the portfolio.Produce the annual capital works / maintenance schedule and cash flow for all assets under management.Manage the delivery of capital improvements to all assets under management.Monitor market for potential new acquisitions & maintain active knowledge of current market rentals.Assist Development Director with due diligence on potential acquisitions, future leasing opportunities.Manage & maintain relationships with key consultant partners.Assist the Property Asset Manager to ensure all outgoings are issued within agreed time frames and ensure timely collection of receivables from tenant partners.
Profile5+ year's experience in Commercial Property ManagementA sound understanding of leasing, sales and negotiationA passion for Property Development and Management
